Delivery Information

 

We know how important it is to receive your Simplitude ByMe delivery on time, which is why we only offer tracked postage options on all our orders.

You can select the following options at check-out:

  • Royal Mail 48hr tracked postage (Royal Mail aim to deliver with 2-3 working days*)
  • Royal Mail 24hr tracked postage (Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day*)
  • DPD Next Day delivery* (Weekend deliveries unavailable)

* Note that these delivery timescales are not guaranteed.

Alternatively, if you don't want your parcel to be delivered to your home address, we now offer a Click and Collect Service via HubBox. You can choose this option once you've added your item to your cart, select 'CLICK AND COLLECT'. and you'll be able to insert your postcode to find the nearest collection location.

Postage cost will still apply for your Hub-Box delivery. Hub-Box will send you an email confirm, and will follow up with a 'Collection Code' - do check your Junk mail if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

 

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. 

Orders placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the following day.

Orders made after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend, will not be processed until the Monday. For Bank Holiday periods, we will will dispatch the next working day. Please take into consideration that this will affect Guaranteed Next Day Deliveries.
